Terms & Conditions

1.Check-in time:

Check -in is at 3:00pm. and ends at 12:00 a.m. Check-out is at 11:00 am.
2. Check-in Policy:

The guest must be 21 years of age with a valid state-issued ID matching the credit card being used for the reservation.
3. Deposit Policy:

A $100 security deposit is required and will be returned after inpection of the room.
4. Cancellation policy:

If canceled 24 hrs before arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
5. Visitors policy:

If we discover any anauthorized visitors or undeclared occupants in your room after 8pm. we will ask you to
leave the premises immediatly and there will be no refund.
6. No smoking policy:

Budget inn is a NON-SMOKING motel. Any guest found to have been smoking in the room will be charged a $250 cleaning fee.
7. Room inventory.

Any missing or damage items will be charge to the card on file or will be taken from cash deposit. Kitchen must be return clean with no missing or damage items.
